ABOUT THE SITE SELECTOR DATABASE

The Site Selector Database is designed expressly for economic developers. It contains site selection consultants, real estate corporate advisors, real estate brokers specializing in commercial & industrial real estate, management consulting contacts in Big 5 companies, developers specializing in commercial & industrial real estate, national/regional construction companies, architectural firms, large engineering companies, and direct corporate contacts. The database contains contacts in the United States, Canada, and overseas. The latter include contacts in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

This database was developed by Economic Strategies Group in 1998. The database is now maintained by the staff of Applied Economics as a marketing resource for economic developers. It is updated once per quarter.

VALUE VIA VERIFICATION

Information is collected from various sources and we strive to keep the database current relative to staff and address changes. All records in the database are verified via e-mail. Site Selectors who choose to opt out through the verification process are deleted. The database contains approximately 2,000 contact records from quarter to quarter, and we take pride in its accuracy.
