UPDATES

Updates are completed on a real-time basis. These include (a) direct telephone verification based on subscriber feedback for bad physical or email addresses and on our own test of email addresses and (b) addition of new contacts.

FILE FORMATS

The database is available in Excel 5.0 and CSV format, which can be used for subscribers using Excel, Access, and ACT. The database can be sorted in Excel for any type of targeting that is needed (e.g., developers in the Southeast United States). The first field is a unique identification number for the record. The last field in the contact record is an indicator for site selector or direct end-user/client.

RECORD CONTENT

The database contains both companies and individuals, in each office maintained by each company. In each facility, there is at least the name of an individual who manages the office. For major companies, there are multiple individuals including the senior staff and sometimes mid-level consultants. Database fields include the following:
